There are four campgrounds to choose from when visiting
the Grand
Canyon: Three on the South Rim and one on the North.
South Rim Accommodations: The Mather and Trailer Village
are open year round, but reservations are recommended; Desert
View is only opened from mid-May to mid-October and space
is based on a first come, first served basis. North Rim
sites are opened from mid-May to mid-October and reservations
are recommended.

Canyon
Outside of the Grand Canyon you will find a wide section of places to stay. Some of the best are:
- Kiabab Camper Village (Jacob Lake) - An RV park located 45 miles from the North Rim. You will find shower facilities, a nearby store, restaurant, motel and gas station.
- North Rim Car Campground - Located along the Transept Canyon, you will beautiful scenery, shaded sites and privacy. For hikers, the campground offers convenient trail access.
- The Inn at 410 B&B (Flagstaff) - With decors ranging from western to French, this quiet inn is just the place to relax after a day at the Canyon.
- Red
Feather Lodge (Tusayan) - Located one mile
south of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, the hotel
offers understated elegance and comfortable rooms. It
is family friendly, pet friendly and the main hotel is
totally non-smoking.
- Tusayan
Hotels & Motels - There are several motels
located Tusayan (just outside the park gate) including
Best Western and Holiday Inn Express.
