Tusayan Grand Canyon

Tusayan is a fine place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. If possible, however, you should consider staying inside to the park as lodging is as close to the canyon as possible and this supports the park. Booking a cabin or room inside the park can be difficult, especially if you book late, and Tusayan makes an excellent second option for lodging. There are several places motels and hotels, a gas station, a small grocery store, a McDonalds, and a few other restaurants. There is also the Imax film that is a nice treat after a long day of hiking.

Motels & Hotels in Tusayan

Red Feather Lodge - This is a nice and clean place to stay. It's nothing fancy, but you're probably not visiting the Grand Canyon for the hotel anyway. The staff is friendly and professional.

Holiday Inn Express Grand Canyon - This is a fairly new hotel so you can expect it to be clean.

RV Parks

There is great camping in the park, but if you're too late to reserve a spot in the Grand Canyon National Park check out the Camper Village Campground Grand Canyon. This park is only open in the peak season, but it's walking distance to the grocery store, the bus stop for the park shuttle, and IMAX.
